I have always loved taking photographs, a camera is simply a tool that allows you to capture what you are seeing, it can be a simple device such as a point & shoot through to a professional digital SLR camera with off camera flash setups, radio triggers and light modifiers, but no matter what tools are used the most important item is the resulting image, it has to fulfil the vision that you went out to capture.
I now use the Canon 5D Mk III which is a professional level digital SLR and is quite an incredible camera, I combine this with multiple lenses and flash units and have backup equipment in case of failure. I will use natural light if it is available, but when it isn't or if it doesn't suit the image then a photographer needs to be able to expose correctly with manufactured light from flash units to produce stunning images that capture the moment and produce the desired effect.
I offer a relaxed and informal approach to your wedding day allowing a reportage and candid style combined with more posed and group shots if requested. This allows me to capture the full story of your day from preparation photographs through to your first dance, capturing intimate moments, details and interaction with your guests, but it is important to me that a photographer should be discreet and document your day in a manner that allows you and your guests to fully enjoy the occasion.
Please get in touch and let me know the details of your day.
